With every word, action, fruit, and manifestation of conduct, determines who we are and who governs our interior being because, “out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things; and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things”(Matt 12:34-35).  Furthermore: “Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit… Therefore, by their fruits ye shall know them”(Mt.7:16-20).  These marvelous verses, are wise and perfect words, said by the Lord Jesus, who with all authority and conviction, is capable do defining   important intimate principles of spiritual states for mankind.  Constituting into real laws that must be fulfilled, because he said them and that’s how it is.  God’s word is like a double edge sword that is capable of discerning the intentions of the heart; we must alway analyzing our personal lives.  The analyzes our personal lives is sufficient to tells us what route and direction our live is going, since our heart can fool us, taking us to a self-deception, and with the self-deception, we lose sight of God’s perfect will for our lives.  So let’s see our action and the word as -warnings or alerts-; evil deeds are like the tip of an iceberg, which has the capability of destroying the strongest ship, like it was for the “indestructible Titanic.” All of our disorganized acts manifest lowly passions such as hatred, anger, rancor, resentments, wickedness, vices, lust, gluttony, aberrations, clumsiness, lack of understanding, laziness, apathy, irresponsibility, disorder, impurity, idolatry, sin, greed, profanity, contempt, uncleanness, egotism, arrogance, thoughts of double sense, profane vocabulary, vulgarity, and etc, are the expose part of the iceberg.  Let’s consider all that is hidden in the heart, perhaps it’s anchored to true spiritual strengths, to which it cannot be seen, but they exist.  Only someone spiritual can appreciate what is secretly being govern, but in God’s infinite mercy, He wants to reveal us those mysteries; so we can know ourselves deep down our intimacy and spiritual being.  To realize who we truly are and thus cry out for help from the bottom of the soul, “I’m evil and wicked, Lord I need to change!” Only the person who knows their reality, will be capable of asking for help to change their path to the established path by God, and thus be true and clean, through the activation of the conscience, a vital element in reaching spiritual purity.

On the other hand, let’s look at the actions that guide us to good deeds, compassion, love, detachment, nobility, patience, joy, wisdom, understanding, peace, kindness, temperance, gentleness, self-control, intelligence, etc.  Considering the two extremes, one must do a continuous and permanent analysis of my actions, not someone else’s actions.  With the goal, not to condemn oneself but, to create a self-reflection with an active conscience; the self-reflection comes as a product of the Holy Spirit along with a sincere attitude and more importantly with God, who knows it all; we are completely naked.  Thus, one must supplicate and wait for His power because the “power belongeth unto God. Also unto Thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy”(Ps 62:11-12).  One must have a humble reflection and supplication like so: “Who can understand his [oneself] errors? Cleanse Thou me from secret faults. Keep back Thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent of the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my Strength and my Redeemer” (Ps.19:11-14).  We should consider ourselves privilege and gifted of hearing this message, unlike those who haven’t had the opportunity or those who don’t accept the message, because it’s a parameter of auto-evaluation that will bring us to a real and sincere realization of our condition.  We have a high priest, who care about us, because He suffer in flesh the insults of temptations and weaknesses.  Thank you Lord for Your holy word, victory, and for giving me the opportunity of knowing my intimate spiritual state. Give me the strength and power to change, toward a clean conscience and salvation of eternal life.  Amen.
