Since long ago, God’s Holy Spirit, warned of this endemic evil that would occur within the Christian church.  A sickness prophesied by God’s holy men, and even though it was anticipated, there was no way of stopping it.  At this point of time, the situation is dramatically unsustainable.  The abomination of desolation, as the prophet Daniel called it and confirmed by Lord Jesus, is in a place it should not be: “So when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not” (let the reader understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains” (Mar 13:14).  The reference that Lord Jesus makes when Antiochus Epiphanes, king of Syria, sacrificed a pig at the alter to profane God’s holy temple, disparaging the holiness and glory of the temple.  Prophetically, the Lord Jesus, projected this to the end times, in where profanation repeats itself in the holy place, the holy place where God’s glory is manifested.  Remember, that God’s real temple is the church, created when the Lord resurrected on the third day, and this holy place was left open for anyone who recognizes and accepts the precious death of God’s lamb, who came to take away the sins from the world.  Now we can enter the holy place to seek the glorious presence of the redeeming God.  But like the Lord Jesus advised, what do we see in the modern churches?  The proliferation of false teachers using the bible, as a base, to twist the content of the bible, to teach vain and false doctrines that only bring foolish and deceptive disputes that do not edify but rather generate a wicked cult; completely different to what Jesus Christ brought to this planet.  How right was the apostle Paul when he says to his beloved disciple, Timothy, “the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron” (1Tim 4:1-2). It’s clear that apostasy is manifested by the product of the proliferation of false teachers, that teach similar content to the real gospel, but the same; “…men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness…” (1Tim.6:5).  Men that are converting God’s work, His holy church, into juicy business, a perverse illicit enrichment; even worst, they make the germs that contaminate the church, the disease of end times: the apostasy.  The modern church is diametrically different from the figure describe in the bible, as the bride of the lamb, dressed in clean white linen. My dear reader, the church goes from better to worst; becoming worse with each passing moment. Where is the faith that moves mountains? Where is the holiness that produces the presence of the Holy Spirit? Where is the respectful fear to the only true God?  Where is the saint’s patience that defeats problems? Where is humility and kindness of God’s people?  Where is the wisdom that produces holy doctrine to its believers?  Where are these true spirited worshipers that the Father seeks to worship him?  There’s only verbiage, but no word of God. There’s manifestation of spirits, but the Holy Spirit.  There’s knowledge, but no discernment. There’s emotions, but no conviction.  There’s debauchery, but not freedom.  Love is talked about, but lacks of warm, it’s grown cold.  The dangerous thing about the apostasy, is that those who have it don’t know it, despite that their actions not coincided with their words, they maintain themselves as “true Christians” that live among believers, and cleverly and subtly contaminates them: “And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as My people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness. And lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice and can play well on an instrument; for they hear thy words, but they do them not.” (Ezk.33:31-32).  They listen but are not willing to recognize God’s voice, much less live it.  Yes, the apostate only listens but does not obey God’s word; their ears only itch to hear, but no will to act.  The Lord says when we see these thing to <<run to the mountains>> meaning: to run away and escape danger.  Open your eyes and examine yourselves to see if you have this disease; if we examine ourselves, the word says, we would not come to trial.  Let the holy light of our Savior, Jesus Christ, shine our lives. Amen.
